Documents Etcetera was founded in January 1996 by Raymonde Lemire. For the past ten years, Documents Etcetera has successfully provided business services to a variety of clients. Documents Etcetera's clients include large public and private sector clients, national and local associations and small business owners. The President, Raymonde Lemire has extensive administrative experience. After 20 years as a bilingual administrative assistant to middle managers and executives in a major Crown Corporation, she launched Documents Etcetera, her own company. By running and growing her own business as well as working in a variety of situations with her expanding group of clients, supported by continuing education, Raymonde has further developed her expertise. Barbara has 25 years of experience in administration, management and accounting in diverse capacities and at many levels. She provides outstanding customer care due to sound business acumen, in-depth technical knowledge and informed decision making. Her company has been built from a high degree of ethics and integrity; quality, service and commitment are the foundations of her business, and customer care is its focus. She is a speaker, mentor and advocate for the Virtual Assistant profession, and a member of several professional associations including the Canadian Virtual Assistant Network, the Canadian Virtual Assistant Connection and the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce.
